French delicates

We’ve been invited to The Peninsula Hotel in Paris during the haute couture week, which is one of the most elegant five star luxury hotels in the French capital. We were so excited, because we were attending many shows and presentations all day and it would have been good to stop and rest a bit. We took a tricycle ride from the other side of the Arc de Triomphe, we enjoyed the trip and we laughed a lot during the ride.
I’ve seen some photos of the food previously, so I knew, that everything will be as good, as I experienced. The dishes not only looked so good, but tasted very good. The servings were quite enough. For starter I ate salmon with vegetables, as a main course I’ve chosen chicken with homemade stuffed ravioli. Everyone should try the hotel’s signature strawberry dessert once from the menu. The hotel’s staff was very nice and helpful. The two hours, we spent in the lobby (which looks like the mini Versailles castle), absolutely fulfilled us with energy, so we happily continued to our busy afternoon on the fashion week.
